Verification before publishing

Pay figures, minimum ages, and application steps are checked against primary sources — the employer’s official careers pages and reputable data — before a page is published. Each employer page records the sources used and the date the information was last verified.

When a figure cannot be confirmed, we do not publish a guessed value.

Ongoing checks

Hiring details change, so we recheck them on a recurring schedule. If something has changed, we update the page and the last-verified date.
