Editorial Policy

How JobsSearchPro researches, writes, and maintains its hiring and jobs content, and how editorial work is kept separate from advertising.

Our mission

JobsSearchPro is an independent publisher that helps people in the United States understand how to find and apply for jobs at large employers. We are not an employer, staffing agency, or recruiter, we do not accept job applications, and we are not affiliated with the companies we write about.

Our goal is to explain, in plain English, who is hiring, what the roles pay, and how the online application actually works — so you can decide where to spend your time.

How we create content

Every guide starts from primary sources — the employer’s official careers pages — supported by reputable data such as the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics and well-known job platforms. We prefer official employer information over second-hand blogs.

Research may be assisted by software, but content is reviewed by a person before publication, checked against sources, and dated. We do not auto-publish unreviewed content.

Independence from advertising

The pages on this site are supported by advertising. Which employers we cover and how we describe them is decided independently of the ads shown on the page. Advertisers do not receive favorable coverage in exchange for payment. See our Advertiser Disclosure.

Keeping content current

Pay ranges, minimum ages, and application steps change over time. We recheck this information on a recurring schedule and update the “last verified” date only when a real change is confirmed — never just to make a page look fresh.
